Billing FAQs
What counts as a view?
Every time someone loads a web page that contains one of our widgets, a
view is recorded. It's roughly equivalent to what analytics services call
'pageviews'.
What happens if I get a traffic spike?
With our paid plans your feeds will continue to function, as long as you
don't hit your limit of views two months in a row. On our free plan your
account will be paused whenever you hit your limit, until the beginning of
the next month.
Will I be notified if I run out of views?
When you hit your limit of views for a month, we will send you an email
notification.
Are you GDPR & CCPA/CPRA compliant?
Yes! We care about privacy, and do not collect or store any of your
visitor's personal data.
Are your widgets accessible / ADA compliant?
Yes! We put a lot of work into making sure our widgets are accessible,
including for keyboard and screen-reader users. Learn more in our accessibility statment.
Will I be sent an invoice?
Yes! You will be sent an invoice and receipt after every payment. You can
also configure a billing email so invoices go straight to the right person.
Do you charge sales tax / VAT?
All prices are inclusive of taxes and fees. The number we list here is the number you pay.
For Businesses in the EU: You are responsible for reporting and paying VAT according to the reverse charge rule.

What happens when I upgrade?
When you upgrade your plan you will be billed a prorated fee for the
remaining time in your current billing cycle on the new plan, and then at
the regular new price following that. In other words you don't pay extra by
upgrading mid-cycle.
What happens when I downgrade?
Downgrades are processed immediately. You will be issued an account credit
for unused time on your current plan. Account credit can be used for future
purchases.
